This 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex unit is centrally located in Anchorage, Alaska. Within U-Med area, so it's close to UAA, the hospitals and clinics. Near campball creek bike trail. The unit has a 1-car garage with an  large freezer (great if you're here for hunting or fishing), snow blower & snow shovels for the winter, washer and dryer, smart TVs, wifi, fenced backyard, etc. Master bedroom has high ceilings, walk in closet, and private bathroom. Spare rooms upstairs has an office space with a full size bed, other room has a private living room with a couch, TV, and extra storage in the closet.  Plan to add a twin or full bed for the summer in spare room, photos will be updated soon.
